Woodstock ’94 was held August 12–14, 1994, at Winston Farm in Saugerties, New York, to mark the 25th anniversary of the original 1969 Woodstock.

It drew an estimated 350,000 attendees and featured a mix of alternative, rock, hip‑hop, and pop acts.

Nine Inch Nails closed the festival on Saturday, August 13, as the final date of the Self Destruct Tour.
